Aisling Bea

Aisling was born on March 16, 1984, at Kildare Ireland. She is one of Ireland's top-rated and popular comedians. She was on QI along with Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh (born 16th March 1984) is a comedian and actress from Ireland. Following appearances in bits on a number of Irish and British TV shows from 2009, Bea started her stand-up comic in the year 2011. The year 2012 saw her begin to regularly appear on sketches and sitcoms. The actress began to appear regularly on panel shows after winning an award for the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. In 2016 and 2017, she was a team leader for 8 Out of 10 Cats. Additionally, she was a contestant of 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. She is the daughter of Brian and Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead, her younger sister, was born. She was the winner of the So You Think You're Funny Award for the second time. She uses the surnamed Bea to pay tribute to her late father. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan is the daughter of a Kildare born woman. Her birth date was March 16th 1984. She was the daughter of Brian O'Sullivan. Brian was an equine veterinarian who took his own life when Bea was only three years old. She was not told the cause of his death until she turned 13 years old. In 2017, she composed an essay for The Guardian about the suicide of her father's family and adopted her stage name Bea to pay tribute. Bea was raised alongside her older sister Sinead and her mother Helen Moloney. Helen is a secondary instructor, trainer of jockeys, and former professional racer. They were both passionate about horses, races as well as the race industry. As a young girl, Bea was an instructor for the Irish National Stud however she realized at an early stage that she was not attracted to the race industry as a job, and was a performer.
